Slippers look just like the picture. Sizing is a bit on the small side. I usually wear a size 40/41 went one size larger as recommended by other reviews, but find that I could've gone up a little more. They do fit at size 42/43, but only just. The slippers got to Canada really quickly, but it took a bit to go through customs. Still got here before the expected delivery date! There was no need for communication
