For the price, its a WOW! All-in-one with great fabric, design, pocket idea.
For such a price-quality norm. I have 180, 88 kg. I took XXL, the shorts themselves are norms, but the leggings under them are tight. Running with the phone definitely will not work, but for ordinary, not cross-country training fits well. For running it is probably necessary XL
